Charlene and family. Sorry to read of the passing of your dear mother. She was an amazing woman and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
“A mother is with us always, first in her lifetime, then forever in our memory.”
May you find Love and comfort in Gods word.
Psalm 73:26 My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.

Ennie was a member of the Master Speakers team here at Oneida Language & Cultural Centre helping to document record and teach the Oneida Language since about 2012. Our first encounter was at our Oneida Language display at the Community Open House where she walked up and began speaking fluent Oneida beautifully. I immediately invited her to join the speakers team to support our work promoting Oneida Language use in the community. Since that time she became a beloved member of our team while her health permitted. Ennie will be missed for her incredible memory of family lines and for her charming sense of humour. I’m glad she was able to join us for the Grand River Cruise outing, it was one of our happiest times together. Ennie also became a popular actor on our Language videos. Some of her valuable contributions to the Oneida Language program can be enjoyed at www.oneidalanguage.ca
Fondly remembered by Mary Elijah

Ennie, was a wonderful lady. I remember giving her a ride after work. She lived at the side of another volunteer but I cannot remember the name. Ennie always told me I should take the ferry from Walpole Island and go to the States as I would enjoy the ride but unfortunately I never did. She was a smiling and caring person.
