Obituary of Coral Poole

Poole- Coral Shirley (Nichols) of London passed away peacefully at her late residence on Monday June 10, 2024, at the age of 103. Predeceased by her late husband John Poole (1966) and by her late husband Jim Oakley (1995). Loved mother of Betty (Bert) Sherman of Dorchester, late Connie Pridham (2006) (Wayne) of London, Bill Poole (late Diana 2022) of Callander Bay and Richard (Janice) Poole of St. Thomas. Dear grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren and is fondly remembered by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Coral was born September 23,1920 in Westminster Twp., the daughter of the late Victor and Hazel (Cudney) Nichols. Coral was a former member of the Lambeth Trinity Anglican Church. Prior to retirement she worked at Amway Canada.

A private family funeral service will be held at McFarlane and Roberts Funeral Home 2240 Wharncliffe Rd S Lambeth, and interment in Woodland Cemetery. Donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society in memory of Coral. On-line condolences available through www.mcfarlane-roberts.ca
