Obituary of Jim Flowers
Flowers- James It is with great sadness that the family of James Flowers announces his peaceful passing on May 2, 2024, after a courageous battle with leukemia. James "Jim" Adam Flowers was born in Glanworth Ontario on April 16th1948. He survived by his loving wife and best friend of Carolyn (Lunn) for 53 years. A cherished father to son Andrew Flowers and his wife Colleen and to son John Flowers and his wife Sarah. Loving Grandfather to Alison Johnston (Alex), James Flowers (Elyse Kelly), Matthew Flowers, William Flowers, and Emma Flowers. Great Grandfather of Ryan Johnston. James was the only son of the late Adam and Pearl Flowers. Brother to Flora Catherine and late Murray Rath. Jim graduated Ridgetown College in 1969. For the past 55 years Jim has been farming his family farm. He was a member of St. Andrew's United Church.
Jim loved to travel, saying "As long as I'm healthy I'm going to travel". He loved spending time with family and friends after a hard day’s work.

In keeping with Jim's wishes a private family burial has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be taking place at 2490 Glanworth Drive, London, Ontario on Saturday, May 11th from 1pm - 4pm.
