On April 14, 2024 at the age of 85 Alan Hinge peacefully passed away. Beloved by his wife Elizabeth (2020), his sons Michael and Bryan and their families, his loss is keenly felt. Alan was an avid boater and former Commander of the London Power and Sail Squadron (1994-1995) and District Commander of the Canadian Power and Sail Squadron – Western Ontario District (2004-2005).  A 40+ year representative for London Life and a one-time president of the London Executive Association (1983). He and Elizabeth were forever smiling, and we are comforted by knowing they are together again.

We invite you to a Celebration of Life for both Alan (April 2024) and Elizabeth (November 2020) Hinge on Saturday July 6, 2024 at McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home (2240 Wharncliffe Rd S London). Words of remembrance at 1:00pm followed by deserts and open house until 3:00pm. Cremation has already taken place, and internment at Woodland Memorial Cemetery to be completed at a later date.
