I met Chester at University Hospital on the 9th floor when Chester and Danuta's mom shared a room with my mom. He was such a nice man. Although my mom passed before Bronislawa finally was released from the hospital, I appreciated his company while we both visited our mothers. We would chat about our love of motorcycling and how the world was so bizarre nowadays while attending to our moms. It was a brief time that we met, but his company and good nature was very appreciated. My deepest condolences to Chester's family.

I had the privilege and honour to work with Chester for many years at Ford. He was always a pleasure to be around, a great and and helpful individual. Rest in peace, my friend. My sincerest condolences to Bonnie and his family. George Olszowy

We will miss Chester's friendly morning greetings and daily chats across the yard. He was truly the neighbourhood handyman and news "updater"! Our thoughts are with Bonnie and family during this difficult time.

To my new friend, Chester.
I had only met you last year when I joined the Uke 'N Do It ukulele group, and among all the new names and faces I encountered, yours stood out. You always made a point to say hello, as well as be the first to arrive at practice, ready to help with setting up chairs or offering your assistance in any way. The felt pick you gave me was a perfect example of the ways you made newbies like me feel welcomed and relaxed. As you'd say, "When in doubt, just play C!". I'll also remember that sound recorder you always brought with you. I'm sorry that the time I came to know you had turned out to be so short, but your good humour and friendliness will always be remembered. Rest well in peace.

I am sorry to hear of Chester's passing. I worked with Chester for a short while at the brewery in St.Thomas and will always remember his positive attitude and willingness to share a joke. I drove a delivery van for the brewery and one day noticed a slight change to the badge on the rear door. I recognized Chester's work right away!...

Chester was a great co-worker, wonderful storyteller, and all-around great guy to be around. He never lacked a smile, or a kind word. He was one of the few people I worked with at Ford that I stayed in touch with on a regular basis. His friendship meant a lot to me, and I will truly miis him.
