Heather Lynn Norton

1960 – 2023

Our dearest Heather lost her battle with leukemia on Monday, July 10, 2023

Beloved wife of Mike, mother to Pauline Hare, Lesley Norton, Rebecca Carnegie and Ken Norton and grandmother to Clark, Avery, Bowen, Aaron (Hazel), Loretta, Francis, Aryanna, Leoric, and Ivor.  Predeceased by her parents Loretta Bowen and Walter Waters and by her older brother Wally Waters.  She is survived by her youngest brother Donald Waters.

Heather loved her gardens, baking in general but especially Christmas baking.  She also enjoyed playing softball with the “Lambeth Panthers” for 20+ years.  All of the grandchildren will miss their “Grammie Jammies” that she would sew for them every Christmas.

There will be a visitation at McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home, 2240 Wharncliffe Rd. S., London (519-652-2020) on Monday July 17 from 6 to 8 PM with a second visitation on the Tuesday from 1 to 2 PM, where the Celebration of Heather’s life will follow at 2 pm.  Cremation has taken place.  On-line condolences are available through www.mcfarlane-roberts.ca.
