Born in “Koumousta” Xirokambi, Greece a true Spartan

Peacefully, with his family by his side, our beloved Dad, Pappou passed away on Friday, September 16, 2022 at Victoria Hospital, London, Ontario.  Beloved husband of Georgina for 65 years.  Loving father of Patricia (late Peter), Jim (Dimi), and Stella (Loui).  Cherished Grandpa to Georgia, Nathan, Maggie, Jim, Dino, CJ, Carlie, Spiro, Stavro, George and Maria.  Great-grandpa to Kostaki, Claire, Leo, Alexi, Peter and Alexandra. 

Klair had a passion for cooking and working as a chef in restaurants, especially in Lambeth.  Loved a glass of wine, going for his walks and playing cards with his friends.  The last few years he was at Westmount Gardens Nursing Home, where he was the life of the party!  He learned to play Wii bowling and bingo.  He loved watching his Toronto Blue Jays and Toronto Maple Leafs.  He will be missed by all!  May his Memory be Eternal.

Visitation will be held at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church,  131   Southdale Road, West, London, Ontario on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 from 10:00 – 11:00 where the Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m.  Interment Woodland Cemetery, London, Ontario.  Donations to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church gratefully acknowledged.  On-line condolences are available through www.mcfarlane-roberts.ca.
