With heavy hearts and immense sadness, we announce the passing of Peter (Panagiotis) Mattheos.

Peter passed peacefully at home with his loving family by his side in his 65th year, Peter (Mr. Coffee) leaves behind the love of his life, Patricia; proud father of Georgia (Nathan), Maggie (Jim), and Dino; and smitten grandfather to Kostaki, Claire, Peter and Alexandra.

Words cannot describe how great of a man he was and if you have ever been in his presence, you know. The first to help, the life of the party, the man with the biggest heart. 

Peter came to Canada from Greece with big dreams at the age of 17. He was a successful entrepreneur building several thriving businesses over his lifetime. His success came in large part from the strong personal relationships he fostered everywhere he went. He was our Rock, our Mr. Fix-it, our Mr. Coffee, our Everything. 

The family appreciates patience as we grieve during this difficult time. 

Visitation at McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home Monday, September 5th from 6-9pm.  Funeral service at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in London, Ontario on Tuesday, September 6th at 11am.  Prayers will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday evening.
