John (Jack) Walton Bailey

At Victoria Hospital London, Ontario on Saturday, March 27, 2021, John (Jack) Walton Bailey of Dorchester, Ontario passed away with loved ones by his side in his 83rd year after a short battle with cancer.  Beloved husband of Dorothy Bailey for 63 years.  Proud father to his "girls" Cathy Beattie, Carrie Bailey (Lorne) and Connie Taylor (Jeff).  Dearly loved grandfather of Sarah, Elizabeth and J.D. Beattie and Shayla McGuire (Scott) and Kent Taylor.   He will be sadly missed by his 6 great grandchildren.  Jack was predeceased by his parents Fred and Verna Bailey and brothers Bill and Keith.  He will be deeply missed by his brother Don (Betty) and his many nieces and nephews, especially Norman Bailey who was like a son to him.  Jack's love of nature will always be remembered in our hearts.  His long walks in the woods will be missed by his furry friend Harley.  He loved fishing, gazing at the clouds, and watching the sunsets.  He will be smiling down at us from above.

At Jack’s request there will be no visitation of Funeral Service. Cremation has taken place.  Donations to the London Regional Cancer Program 800 Commissioners Rd., E., London, Ont.
