Obituary of Bob Barnicoat

Barnicoat, Robert

Regretfully, but peacefully at his home on Monday, November 23, 2020, Robert (Bob) P. Barnicoat of London in his 83rd year.  Predeceased by his wife Cathie (Wilson) Barnicoat (2003).  He will be missed by his brothers, the late Tim Brown (2020), Ted and Teresa Brown of Ilderton and Tom and Barb Brown of Brighton.  Bob will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins.  Bob was dearly loved by his companion Carol Pettinger and his adopted family, Cam and Tracey, Ann and Paul, Leslie and Chris (2016).  Special grandbob of Beckett (2018) and Ridley.  Proud grandpa of Calvin and Deen, Evan and Courtney, Christy, Lawrence and Mallory, Lance and Kim and 9 great-grandchildren. 

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, a private family celebration of Bob’s life will be held at the McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home, Lambeth (519-652-2020).  Cremation.  At Bob’s request, in honour of Beckett, donations to the Beckett Project for National Service Dogs https://thebeckettproject.ca  gratefully acknowledged.  On-line condolences are available through www.mcfarlane-roberts.ca.
