Obituary of Sadie Drew

Sadritha (Sadie) Drew Peacefully at the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Tuesday, January 26, 2016, Sadie Drew passed away in her 96th year. Sadie was born in England and came to Canada at the age of 3. Sadie and Bud were avid breeders of thoroughbred horses; racing at Woodbine and Fort Erie for many years. Sadie was also a life-long business woman for several years in London as the owner of the Crescent Salon. Beloved wife of the late Bud Drew (1993). Dear mother of Ted (Connie) and Rick (Linda). Proud grandmother of Ted, Meridith, Lisa Wilcox (Dan), Ronda Clement (Blake) and great-grandchildren Kyla and Jessie Wilcox. Dear sister of Margaret Coxen and predeceased by her sister Jean Elliot, brothers Jack, Bob, Frank and Doug Wilson. Friends may visit at the McFarlane and Roberts Funeral Home, 2240 Wharncliffe Road South, Lambeth, (519) 652-2020 on Saturday, January 30th, 2016 from 11 – 1 p.m. where the celebration of Sadie’s life will follow at 1:00 p.m. Pastor Greg Wyton officiating.
