David Albert Patrick

Peacefully at his residence on Monday, September 17, 2018 David Patrick of Delaware in his 89th year.  Beloved husband for 67 years of Jane Patrick.  Loving father of Judy (Jim) Roks, Lynn (John) Hann, and Greg (Marian) Patrick.  Proud grandpa of Jacob, Kristin (Chris), Julie (Jesse), Bryan, Derek, Josh (Danielle), Joel (Eleanor), Alex, Marusha and great grandpa of Jude, Seraphina, James and Patrick.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  David was born in Delaware June 19, 1930 to Ina and Gordon Patrick.  He served as Reeve of the former Delaware Township, on the Middlesex County Council, and was a charter member of the Delaware Lions Club.  David was a carpenter, a general contractor and an entrepreneur. He was always willing and there to lend a helping hand.  A Celebration of David’s Life will be held at the Delaware Community Centre, 2652 Gideon Drive, Delaware on Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 1-5pm, with Words of Remembrance at 3 pm.  Private family interment Oakland Cemetery, Delaware.  Donations to the Lung Association, 509 Commissioners Road, West, P.O.
