Very sorry for your loss Fred and family. Its odd how things happen. I grew up beside Anne Keam who just died. So I went on the website and saw Carolyn's notice. Very sad.
Fred I have great memories or you and the gang at Maci, as I'm sure you do. I'm a Bruce Trail member so we'll donate something for Carolyn.

Dear Fred, Mark, Eric and Ed,
So many thoughts and emotions keep going through my mind. Yet nothing seems suitable to write at such a difficult time for all of you.
We are so sorry that you have lost Carolyn and hope that the love and support of family and friends who loved her too give you some strength now and in days ahead.
I have know Carolyn since our early days at Faith when the kids were young in Sunday School.
Carolyn loved the Lord and generously gave her time and talent to share her faith.
She had every quality necessary to lead the children. She was kind and gentle always yet confident in her expression of faith.
She was organized and resourceful recognizing each child as unique. She was a natural Caregiver expecting nothing in return. No one ever left hungry or missed their birthday celebration:)
I will miss her so much.
Love Nancy and Geordie Gauld

Fred and boys,
So sad to hear about Carolyn. Growing up, Carolyn, Brian and David were the older cousins, Christmas at Aunt Marguerite's and Sandham picnics (in Tillsonburg, or Waterloo!!). Carolyn always intentionally sat with each of us and ask how life was treating us and what was new. She was a thoughtful woman and will be sadly missed for her caring nature and the yummy salads and desserts.

Thinking of my sister I will miss her in many ways that those that don’t know her from her younger years. A big part of her life in her teens was track and field. 100 metre hurdles and high jump; going to OFFSAA finals in both. I am thinking of a time earlier in her life when she broke her arm trying to catch our meek and not so mild Shetland pony. Another time when she was on her way home in my brothers car she lost control in a deep gully, went over a large culvert and landed in a stream and walked away. She made the dukes of hazard car - the drivers door never opened again.
She was always used by my parents to stop my brother and I from carrying on. For this she will be truly missed by all of us.

Dear Fred and Family - How immense is your loss and how sad to hear the news of Carolyn's passing. Not wanting to sound corny but gone too soon is all i can think of right now. Fred, you were a loving husband of 30 years to Carolyn and the challenge of Carolyns' illness really showed your measure as a man. May you take comfort knowing that in the days and months ahead.
Carolyn was truly the gentlest and sweetest peron I have ever met and her smile was huge and she smiled often! :} I looked forward to her annual Christmas card and catching up on your family news. I remember how thrilled she was when Riley was born.
I value my memories of the times up at the cottage with her and dinners out with her and how she was such a good listener.
She will be missed.
Sincerely,
Rosemary

On behalf of the London Western Track and Field Club, I extend our heartfelt condolences to the Neumann family. Carolyn was a long time volunteer board member of our club, even after her own children were done participating. Her dedication and active involvement was recognized a few years ago at our Awards Gala, as she was presented with our Art Obakata Award for her long-standing involvement with our club. She will be sadly missed.
Sincerely,
Derrick Johnston
