Alberta May Murray

Peacefully at her residence, just 3 days before her 103rd birthday, on Sunday, May 7, 2017, Mrs. Alberta May (Hart) Murray of London.  Beloved wife of the late George F. Murray (1980).  Loving mother of her late infant daughter Sheila Marie (1937), her 2 late step-sons Ernest (2011) (Connie), Charles (2016) (Margaret), and her late step-daughter Grace (1963) (Lorne) (1989) Chadwick.  Dearly loved by her 6 grandchildren and her many great and great-great grandchildren.  Several nieces and nephews also survive.  Predeceased by her brothers Stanley Hart (1969), Leonard Hart (1975) and her sister Lily Landers (2007).  As per Alberta’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service as her body has been bequeathed for medical science.  Interment in Christus Court, Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, London at a later date.  Donations to Southwestern Ontario Youth for Christ, 94 Graham Street, Suite 4, Woodstock, Ontario, N4S 6J7, www.swoyfc.com or Parkwood Hospital Foundation, 801 Commissioners Road, East, London, Ontario, N6C 5J, www.sjhcfoundation.org gratefully acknowledged.  On-line condolences are available through www.mcfarlane-roberts.ca.  A tree has been planted in loving memory of Alberta and George Murray.  “Together at Last”.  McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home, Lambeth 519-652-2020 entrusted with arrangements.
