Obituary of Catherine Ruth McPherson

Catherine McPherson Peacefully at the family cottage in Long Point, on Saturday, July 4, 2015 Cathy McPherson of Glanworth at the age of 58 years. Beloved wife for 39 years of Bruce McPherson of Glanworth. Loving mother of Dan and Jessica, Don, Amy and Ernie Santagapita. Proud grandma who will be missed by Peyton, Dylan and step-grandma of Miekette, and Marshal. Dear sister of Sue and Garry Tye, Nancy and Stan Saunders, Rob and Dena Bowering and Dave and Michelle Bowering. Loved by her sister-in-law Barb McPherson. Aunt Kate was loved by many nieces and nephews and will be missed by her many friends. Predeceased by her brother Jeff Bowering (2001), her parents Gerry (1998) and Dorothy (2003) Bowering and her in-laws Don (1998) and Marion (2003) McPherson. Friends may visit at the McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home, 2240 Wharncliffe Road, South, Lambeth 519-652-2020 on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm where the celebration of Cathy’s life will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at 11:00 am.
