Dear John, Sarah, Aaron, Elisha and Tegan. I wanted to send a message to mark Joan's birthday. My heart is broken for all of you for the loss you have suffered. I wish I could find some words to ease your pain but I know there are none. All I can do is offer you my deepest and sincerest condolences. She loved you all so much and was so proud of all of you. When she spoke about you there was so much respect and pride in her voice...except maybe when she spoke about you losing your keys..again, John. However that was cancelled out by her talking about your horseradish mash and other culinary masterpieces! For my part I am devastated by the loss of my cherished friend. I will miss her everyday for as long as I live. We had so much fun and laughs together. We also shared many tears. She touched every part of my life and made me a better person. I could go on for hours but I won't put through that! Joan lived a life of love and service and I know God worked through her to touch so many people. I know this because I saw it happen so often. God bless you all and may His love be a balm for your broken hearts.
