Nancy Lashbrook posted a condolence
So sorry to hear of the passing of Eunice. She did lead a good life and reached a good age. I worked for both her and John, as you well know, and they were great "bosses". We also shared many bridge games, parties and dinners together. Eunice was a smart woman and always willing to help others. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Harley joins me in conveying our deepest sympathy to John, Jamie and their families. God be with you all. Most sincerely, Nancy

Jamie & John, I was saddened to hear of the passing of your mother, my Aunt. Although we had few opportunities to get to know each other, I still feel a strong familial connection to you both as your Mom was my dad's sister. I am sure you will find comfort in your wonderful memories of your mother. My thoughts & prayers are with you. Dawn ( Vicky)

Helen Craig Scott posted a condolence
Dear John and Jamie A friend from West Lorne sent me the message about your mother. I often wondered how she was as we used to exchange Christmas cards when your mother was in the retirement home at first. Your mother and mine often went on visits to plays and flower shows together and I know that my mom always enjoyed the neighborliness of your parents. Your mother was a clever woman and how lucky you have been that she lived such a long and good life. I am not sure if I will see you on Sunday. I have just returned to Mississauga ,from a long ride home after a long winter holiday in Florida. Best regards to you both from Helen Craig (my sister Phyllis died April 11, 2011)
Bob and Ruth Karn posted a condolence
Jamie, Sue and Drew and John and family: We learned of your Mom's passing this morning. Please accept our sympathy. She was a wonderful woman and doctor - although she did laugh at my very large frostbitten ears when I went to her for advice on what to do! May God bless all of you and comfort you now and in the days to come. This Easter, your Mom is feasting in glory with our Lord and Saviour. Blessings.
