Obituary of Gary Cornell

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved husband and father on Wednesday, October 28th, 2015 in his 63rd year. Survived by his loving wife Elaine (Goyetche), children Jennifer, Andrew (Alyssa) and Jeffrey. Also survived by his siblings Wayne Cornell (Karen), Patricia Warren (Brian) and Bonnie Moir (George). Also loved by his in-laws Linda Phares and Raymond and Julie Goyetche. Much loved Uncle Gary to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Harold and Kay Cornell. Gary lived his life with humour and humility. He was the long-time co-owner/operator of Cornell Meats. Gary touched the lives of many, but none so deeply as his family, and he will be forever cherished. Friends may visit at the McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home, 2240 Wharncliffe Road, South, Lambeth (519)652-2020 on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Matthew Penny officiating. Interment Woodhull Cemetery, Kilworth.
