Obituary of Ken Worden

Worden- Kenneth “Ken” of Amherstburg and formerly of London passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at Victoria Hospital at the age of 81. Dearly loved husband of Pat (Wood) Worden and proud father of Kim Worden, Mike Worden (Sharon Rosenberg), Mark Raab (Jenn) and Kerri Ferrari (Rob).

He is sadly missed by his 7 grandchildren, his sister Barb MacPhail and by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Ken was born August 9, 1944 in Seaforth, the son of the late Gordon & Margaret Worden. He was a retired transport truck driver. He had a keen interest in gardening and being outdoors as well as travelling with Pat and had a notoriously unusual sense of humour.

A celebration of Ken’s life will be held at the McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home 2240 Wharncliffe Rd S London on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 1-3 p.m.  Words of remembrance by family from 2:15 -2:30 pm. Cremation has taken place. Donations can be made to the Arthritis Society https://arthritis.ca/ or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation in memory of Ken.
