Obituary of Tim Thompson
Thompson- Francis Timothy “Tim” of London passed away peacefully on August 22, 2025 at the Victoria Hospital. Dearly loved husband of the late Muriel Rose (Gibson) Thompson and proud dad father of Melissa Nesbitt (Jon Paine) and Tim Thompson (Christine) and step-father of Melissa Newby (Miles) and Amanda Newby (Eldier). Dear brother of Ted Thompson (Marcia) and was predeceased by his brother Tom. He is remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, and his grandson Colin.Tim was the son of the late Frank & Jean Thompson. He was a millwright and was the maintenance manager for the LCBO.
A visitation will be held at the McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home 2240 Wharncliffe Rd S London on Wednesday August 27th from Noon until 2:00pm. Private interment. Donations can be made to the Salvation Army or Mission Services, London.
