Obituary of Judy Robinson

Robinson- “Judy” Judith (Paton) of London passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at the age of 78. Dearly loved wife of 59 years of Rick Robinson and loved mother of David, Glenn and Susan, Rhonda and Rob DeVries. Proud Grandma of several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Judy may have been an only child but had a huge extended family with the Robinsons. Survived by Sister-in-laws Kathy, Joanne White, Shirley and Diana. Predeceased by Albert and Lois, Ruth and Alf Proctor, Bob, Lyl and John Gaskell, Pat and Bob Cochrane, Harold White, Doug and John.  She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Born to the late James and Elizabeth (Blackburn) Paton they resided outside of Dutton, a community very dear to her heart. Prior to retiring, Judy worked as an operator for Bell Canada. Judy loved her church. She was a long-time member of the Lambeth United Church and UCW where she loved helping with her baking and cooking  skills at countless events. 

The family would like to thank Dr. Dost and the nursing staff of the Geriatric Unit at Victoria Hospital for their care and compassion. 

The funeral service will be held at the Lambeth United Church, 4268 Colonel Talbot Rd., Lambeth, on Saturday, June 14, 2025,at 11:00 am, followed by a reception and a chance to visit with the family at the church hall. Interment to follow at the Fairview Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or to the London Humane Society in memory of Judy. McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home 2240 Wharncliffe Rd S London entrusted with the arrangements.
