Obituary of Ken Fournie

Fournie- Kenneth “Ken” of Shedden passed away peacefully while surrounded by his loving family on Monday May 5, 2025 at the University Hospital at the age of 61. Dearly loved husband of Cheryl (Zinn) Fournie and proud Dad of Kenny and Katie.

Dear son of Kate and the late Ken Fournie and brother of Kathleen and husband Jeff Chandelier, Kolleen Fournie and husband Chris Dunn and Kris Fournie. He is lovingly remembered by his numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and the Zinn family.

Ken was born April 6, 1964 in London. Ken was full of life and stories and always had time for his family and friends, especially if it involved his barbeque and smoker where he would provide food for any social activity. He formerly worked with his dad at Shedden Farm Equipment and was always involved in sales and was a parts manager.

An open house visitation will be held at the Shedden Keystone Complex, 35921 Talbot Line, Shedden on Saturday, May 24, 2025 from 1:30 -3:30pm. Please dress casually and no flowers please, just an opportunity to meet and tell stories. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family for an education fund.
