Sandra Lee White passed away in her 83rd year on March 5, 2025 with family near at the McCormick Home in London, Ontario.

She leaves behind her daughter Linda White, grandchildren Dalton and Samantha and great- grandchild Skye all from Nanaimo, B.C.

She also leaves behind her only sibling, Mike David (Colleen David) of London, Ont. in whom she had great trust. Her three nephews Jay

 David, Jeff David and Joe David (passed in June, 2023) and families have fond memories of Aunt Sandy's new knitted slippers every

Christmas as they grew. Kelly Young, Joe's wife, was her constant companion in her later months which was very much appreciated by

Linda and the family.

Sandy was predeceased by her husband Kenneth White in September, 1990.

 Sandy was born in Chatham to parents, William and Fannie David. Sandy also lived in Toronto, Washago Beach, back to Chatham and

 three years ago to London for a care home with her developing dementia and near to her London family especially her brother Mike who

was the best brother anyone could ask for, her words.

Sandy will be remembered for her generous nature and her talents in sewing, crocheting, ceramics, and especially her quilt making. She

taught classes in ceramics and helped others learn how to make a perfect point in quilts. Her grandchildren and her brother all have their

own quilt handcrafted by Sandy.

 Her generosity was shown best when she moved her Mom in with her in Chatham and took on the role of caregiver for seventeen years.

 May she rest in peace now.

 Cremation has taken place. A private interment will take place in late spring at the Chatham Cemetery.
