Born in London, Ontario, October 8, 1933 – Died in London, Ontario, July 26, 2026.
Daughter of Ethel May (Valkema) Waun and Step Daughter of Gus Waun
Sister to Beverly and Jack.
Beloved mother of Lynn Scott (and husband Don) of Australia, David Clarkin (deceased), Laura
Clarkin (deceased) and Timothy Clarkin.
Grandmother to Charity, Courtney and Marshall. Great grandmother to nine little ones.
Married more than one, Survived by none.
An avid and lifelong member of the Legion who enjoyed playing darts, bingo, dancing and hated
to miss the meat raffle.
She believed in living life and not apologizing. Her life was full of challenges as well as
adventures. Having lived in Canada, France, Sardinia, England and the US, she had many
stories and loved telling them.
She will be greatly missed.

Cremation has taken place. No service or visitation will be held. Arrangements entrusted to McFarlane Roberts Funeral Home, 2240 Wharncliffe Road South, London, ON N6P 1L1.
