Julio Ernesto Alfaro Rincon passed away peacefully while surrounded by his loving family on Thursday January 22, 2026 at the Parkwood Hospital at the age of 81. Dearly loved husband of Luz Maria Vargas De Alfaro and loved father of Doris, Edna, Luz Adrianna and Julio Ernesto Junior. Proud grandfather of 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
