Kim,Kathy and Brad,
It has taken me some time to sort out my thoughts, but I've been thinking of you. Your Mom loved you very much. I hope she told you often. I will never forget Joan, especially every time I pass the house. We had so many wonderful chats, and she was a wonderful friend and neighbour. Now John and I are the longest residents of "Main St. West".

Dear Kathy, Kim and Brad, please accept our condolences. Your Mom was a special person. I remember her well from my days at McEachren. It was always good to know that the folks at the other 19 Main St. would return any misdirected mail or parcels. Most Sincerely Carol Small

Joan, Mike & Ike. There was never a visit where Joan and I did not try to set the world right. We talked, we shared, threw around a strategically placed swear word or two and we certainly had many laughs. It was never a dull moment, the four of us. Mike & Ike one minute causing quite a ruckus the next giving great kitty cuddles and love.
I will never forget the time Joan told me I threw away her bottom dentures. They were found, thankfully, wrapped in a tissue in a garbage bag and what a mess was made to find them!! Joan once had an unsettling concern of why she had orange saliva. She was convinced it was a side effect that no one talked to her about. I was ordered to call the nurse immediately. Upon arrival the nurse had Joan collect all her medications from a side drawer. As she was rifling through it, Joan pulled out her favourite midnight snack she always had never out of reach - Chester Cheetos Crunchits. It was like an epiphany!! It was the cheese dust!! Such a serious moment turned to fits of laughter over cheesies. Many a funny moments Joan and I shared, I will never forget.
Joan, you will forever be in my heart. I already miss you terribly. Until we meet again, for more fun and laughter!! - Krystal
