Van Belois- Elizabeth (nee Kozak) of London passed away peacefully while surrounded by her loving family on Monday, December 22, 2025 at the Parkwood Hospital at the age of 94. Dearly loved wife of the late Peter Van Belois (2001) and loved mother of Peter and his wife Diana Van Belois, David and his wife Deb Van Belois and Brenda and her husband Robert Madronic. Proud grandmother of Jenna (Gabrielle), Alexander (Samantha), Joshua, Brendan, Robert (Amanda), Renee (Anthony), Katherine, Rachel (Sebastian) and great grandmother of Soleil and Jacob. Dear sister of Helen Thornton (late Ken), Peter Kozack (late Jeanette), Connie (Donna) Kozack and was predeceased by siblings George Kozack, John Kozack (late Edith), Mary Tempke (late Bernie).

 She is lovingly remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Elizabeth was born March 24, 1931 in Kayville, Saskatchewan, the daughter of the late Lena and Costan Kozack. She was a member of the Lambeth United Church and the United Church Women’s Group. The family wishes to thank family physicians Dr. Daniel Pepe and Dr. Cassandra Lin-Pepe and Dr. Vikram Velker from the cancer clinic as well as the caring nurses and staff at Parkwood Hospital for their care and compassion.

The funeral service will be held at the Lambeth United Church 4268 Colonel Talbot Rd., Lambeth on Saturday, December 27th at 1:00 p.m. Followed by a luncheon.
