Brooks- Robert James “Jim” of London passed away peacefully while surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday December 3, 2025. Dearly loved husband of Lori (Root) Brooks and loved father of Michael and his wife Brenda Brooks and Susan and her husband Peter Hall.

Proud grandfather of Stephanie, Emily, Claire, Brianna and Katelyn.  Dear brother of Kathy, Jan and was predeceased by his sister Marilyn. Jim was the son of the late Cy and Elsie (Boughtflower) Brooks.

He will be missed by many nieces and nephews. His greatest joy and accomplishment were his family, and he always enjoyed spending quality time with them.

A private family service and interment will be held at a later date.  Arrangements entrusted with Mcfarlane & Roberts Funeral Home 2240 Wharncliffe Rd Lambeth. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice in Jim’s memory.
