Obituary of Shirley Scott

Shirley Grace Scott went home to be with Jesus on Saturday, November 29th in her 97th year.

Her husband, E. Leverne Scott, preceded her (2001).  Much loved mother to John & Lynne, Papillion, Nebraska; Dave & Ana, London; Mary & Stuart Smith, St. Marys; and Joe & Marlene, London. She was blessed with 14 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. 

Shirley was characterized by her gentle spirit, kindness and contentment and was well loved. Many thanks to the staff at Oneida Long Term Care Home who took such good care of her the past 5 years.  

The funeral will be held on Friday, December 5th at Harvesters Baptist Church, 9488 Westminster Dr., London.  Visitation is at 9:30am and the service at 10:30 am, followed by refreshments. Donations can be made to the Harvesters Baptist Church (Philippines Orphan Children Mission) in memory of Shirley.
