Drummond—David Thomas of London, Ontario (formerly of Flamborough in Hamilton, Ontario) passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at the age of 60. He was the beloved husband of Pamela (Wood) Drummond for 31 years, and the devoted father to Nichole (Peter) Van Dyk, as well as cherished grandfather (“Pop-Pop”) to Elaine and Penelope. David was the son of Wilma (Sadleir) and the late George Frederick Drummond, brother to Bruce (Paulette) Drummond and Paul (Corri) Drummond, and son-in-law of Terry (Nancy) Wood. He is also fondly remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, David relocated with his family to Regina at age six and later to Edmonton at age twelve. His professional journey began in photo-retail and transitioned over time; most recently, prior to his illness, he served as a key account manager at Hisense Canada. In addition to his friends and family, David had a passion for his dogs, fine wine, memorable meals, model trains, and roller coasters. Known for his friendly and kind disposition, he positively influenced many lives and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A celebration of David’s life will take place on Monday, November 24th at 1:00 p.m. at the McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home, 2240 Wharncliffe Rd S., London, immediatley following the service a reception will be held at Boler Mountain, 689 Griffith Street,London, 

Visitation at the funeral home on Monday at 12:30 until service time.
