Livingstone - Charles Joseph "Joe" of Oneida Long Term Care, Southwold, and formerly of Port Stanley, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 28, 2025 at the age of 79. Dearly loved husband of the late Margaret "Margie" (Kipling) Livingstone and proud dad of Joe Livingstone (Trina), Marilynn Goodhue (Kevin), and Lesley Livingstone (Chad). Loved Grandpa of Charley and Hunter. He is survived by his sister Sandy Merritt (Ray) and was predeceased by several siblings. He will be remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends, He was a kind soul and always had time for a visit and his smile was contagious.He was an avid hunter and fisherman, very active in baseball and hockey in Port Stanley and St. Thomas and enjoyed being around friends and family. He retired as the Roads Superintendent of Central Elgin, and following retirement was a Road Patroller for the Township of Southwold. He was a member of the Port Stanley Optimist Club and held the position of Lt. Governor of the Southwestern Ontario District, and former Port Stanley Legion member. He will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Port Stanley Legion, 300 George Street, Port Stanley, on Friday, October 24, from 1 to 5 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Port Stanley Legion or the Oneida Long Term Care Home in memory of Joe.
