Years and years ago I had hit a roadblock in a search for my roots. Somehow I was given the name of Jim Bobier who happened to live in Glencoe, just 6 miles from my home in Newbury.....Armed with a minimum of information, Jim guided me through many roadblocks and down a long and winding road to success. He even made that initial phone call to my birth mother in St.Cloud Minnesota...It took years after that to finally make a solid connection but that wasnt important...He taught me about patience.....about understanding the other sides fears and about dealing with my own apprehensions.
.I just know there will be a long line of very grateful adoptees and birth Mothers standing in line at Heavens gate to welcome Jim home and to show their gratitude.
Condolences to Jims family and may God grant you peace and understanding in these trying days.
I am forever grateful to this fine gentleman.
