James “Jim” Hewitt After a long struggle, with his family by his side at St. Joseph’s Hospice, on Sunday, October 2, 2016, James “Jim” Hewitt in his 74th year. Beloved husband for 23 years of Karen Hewitt. Loving stepfather of Brenda Robertson (Fraser Gibson), Sandra Compeau, and Vicky Butt. Proud grandpa of Ashley, Derek, Vince, Carmen, and Katryna (David). Dear brother of Allan (Carole), Red, Norma, and Lillian, predeceased by his sister Margo and his brother Gordon. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Jim will be sorely missed by his treasured companion Daisy.
